چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف واکاوی الگوی مواجهه با دشمنان در اندیشه شهید آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای، مبتنی بر تفسیر آیه۲۹ سوره فتح و با بهره‌گیری از روش توصیفی-تحلیلی انجام شده است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد این الگو فراتر از یک راهبرد سیاسی یا امنیتی، در قالب کلان«زیست اسلامی» در عصر تقابل با نظام سلطه جهانی تعریف می‌شود که بر چهارستون عدالت، صلابت در برابر دشمن«أَشِدَّاءُ عَلَی الکُفّار»، مهرورزی درونی«رُحَماءُ بَینَهُم» و ارتباط عاطفی حاکم و مردم استوار است. مفهوم«أَشِدَّاءُ»به معنای قاطعیت و غیرقابل‌نفوذ بودن در برابر جبهه استکبار جهانی است که در سه بعد اعتقادی، امنیتی و اجتماعی تجلی می‌یابد. مفهوم«رُحَمَاءُ» نیز فراتر از احساسات عاطفی، به‌مثابه الزام اجتماعی نهادینه تعریف می‌شود که دامنه آن شامل وحدت ملی و امتی، مهربانی عمومی و حمایت از مظلومان است. مهم‌ترین دستاورد پژوهش، تأکید بر پیوند مکمل دو رکن«شدت» و «رحمت» در هندسه فکری شهید آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای است. این دو، یکدیگر را تقویت می‌کنند یعنی شدت در برابر دشمن، امنیت لازم برای شکوفایی رحمت درونی را فراهم می‌کند و رحمت و وحدت داخلی، پشتوانه قدرت و صلابت بیرونی است. وجوه تمایز دیدگاه ایشان با دیگر اندیشمندان، در رویکرد نظام‌ساز و تمدنی، مصداق‌یابی عینی و کاربست حکومتی آیه تجلی پیدا می‌کند و برخلاف دیدگاه‌های حاکم بر روابط بین‌الملل، قدرت را در خدمت ارزش‌های دینی قرار می‌دهد. الگوی مستخرج، چارچوبی حکیمانه، متعادل و عمل‌گرا برای مدیریت تقابل با دشمن در جهان معاصر ارائه می‌دهد که با دوری از افراط‌وتفریط، زیست‌جهان یک امت مقاوم و منسجم را به نمایش می‌گذارد.

چکیده [English]
The present study aims to analyze the paradigm of encounter with enemies in the thought of Martyr Ayatollah Khamenei, based on his interpretation of verse 29 of Sūrat al-Fatḥ (Q. 48:29), employing the method of thematic analysis. The findings indicate that this paradigm transcends a mere political or security strategy and is instead framed within the broader construct of "Islamic lifeworld" (zīst-i islāmī) in the era of confrontation with the global hegemonic system. It rests upon four pillars: justice, resoluteness against the enemy (ashiddāʾ ʿalā al-kuffār), inner compassion (ruḥamāʾ baynahum), and the affective bond between the ruler and the people. The concept of ashiddāʾ signifies firmness and impermeability vis-à-vis the global front of arrogance (istikbār), manifesting in three dimensions: ideological, security-related, and social. The concept of ruḥamāʾ, conversely, extends beyond mere emotional sentiment and is defined as an institutionalized social obligation, encompassing national and trans-national (ummah) unity, general benevolence, and support for the oppressed. The most significant contribution of this research is its emphasis on the complementary linkage between the two pillars of "severity" (shiddat) and "mercy" (raḥmat) within the intellectual geometry of Martyr Ayatollah Khamenei. These two reinforce one another: severity toward the enemy provides the necessary security for the flourishing of internal mercy, while internal mercy and unity undergird external strength and resoluteness. The distinctive features of his perspective, in contrast to those of other scholars, lie in its system-building and civilization-oriented approach, its concrete instantiation, and its governmental application of the verse.
