چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی الگویی برای مدیریت بحران بر پایه مفهوم «استقامت» در قرآن کریم، با روش تحلیل مفهومی – بینا متنی و با تکیه بر تفاسیر معتبر و مدلسازی سیستمی انجام شده است. مسئله اصلی، گذار از سطح توصیههای اخلاقی فردی به یک چارچوب علمی، چندسطحی و سیاستگذار برای بحرانهای اجتماعی است. یافتهها در شش محور اصلی سازمان یافته است: بازشناسی «شبکه واژگانی بحران» در قرآن شامل سرّاء، ضرّاء، خوف، جوع، ابتلاء و تمحیص؛ تحلیل بحرانهای اقتصادی، سیاسی و اجتماعی و شناسایی دو اهرم طلایی «تبیّن» و «قسط» برای شکستن چرخههای تشدید بحرانهای مرکب؛ تبیین استقامت فیزیکی بهعنوان «تابآوری عملیاتی» با محوریت مرابطه چهارگانه؛ صورتبندی استقامت فرهنگی حول نفی سلطه و صیانت از استقلال هویتی؛ بازتعریف استقامت آموزشی در قالب یک معماری چهارلایه (سلسلهمراتب معرفتی، غربالگری نقادانه، خودکفایی راهبردی و جهتداری عدالت محور) که با استناد به قاعده نفی سبیل، استقلال معرفتی را از سطح توصیه به یک اصل قرآنی ارتقا میدهد؛ تثبیت استقامت دینی بهعنوان «ستون معنا و جهت» با سازوکارهای عملیاتی مانند توکل پس از عزم. مدل نهایی پژوهش، الگویی یکپارچه با چهار لایه «معنا، شناخت، نهاد و عملیات» است که توسط دو اهرم تبیّن و قسط منسجم شده و خروجی آن «تابآوری جهت مند» با غایت «احسن عملاً» میباشد. مقاله در بطن تحلیل، فروض آزمونپذیری را برای پژوهشهای میدانی آینده ارائه میدهد.

The present study aims to design a model for crisis management based on the concept of "endurance" in the Holy Quran, using the method of conceptual-intertextual analysis and relying on valid interpretations and system modeling. The main issue is the transition from the level of individual moral recommendations to a scientific, multi-level and policy-making framework for social crises. The findings are organized in six main axes: recognizing the "crisis lexical network" in the Quran, including "sara', zarra', fear, hunger, affliction and thamhis"; analyzing economic, political and social crises and identifying the two golden levers of "explanation" and "installment" to break the cycles of compound crises; explaining physical endurance as "operational resilience" with the focus on the four-way relationship; formulating cultural endurance around the negation of domination and the protection of identity independence; Redefining educational resilience in the form of a four-layer architecture (epistemological hierarchy, critical screening, strategic self-sufficiency, and justice-oriented orientation) that, by citing the rule of negation of the mustache, elevates epistemological independence from the level of recommendation to a Quranic principle; establishing religious resilience as a "pillar of meaning and direction" with operational mechanisms such as trust after determination. The final research model is an integrated pattern with four layers of "meaning, cognition, institution, and operation" that is coherent through two levers of explanation and installment, and its output is "directional resilience" with the goal of "practical best." The article presents testable assumptions for future field research at the heart of the analysis.
