چکیده
این مقاله با هدف استخراج و تبیین مدل “تربیت امیدمحور” از سوره مبارکه یوسف، به عنوان “احسن القصص”، نگاشته شده است. در دنیای امروز، تقویت امید به عنوان یک سازه روانشناختی و معنوی اهمیت فراوانی دارد. داستان حضرت یوسف (ع) ظرفیتهای ویژهای برای پرورش این فضیلت حیاتی ارائه میدهد.
این تحقیق با استفاده از روش توضیفی- تحلیلی و با کمک تفسیر موضوعی به تحلیل آیات سوره یوسف و بررسی تفاسیر معتبر پرداخته است. نتایج نشان میدهد که امید در این سوره، فضیلتی پویا و کنشمدار با ریشه در جهانبینی توحیدی است. شش مضمون اصلی امید شناسایی شدهاند: امید در رؤیا، مواجهه با مکر، زندان و سختیها، جدایی، رحمت الهی و بازگشت به حق.
بر اساس این مضامین، هفت اصل کلیدی برای “تربیت امیدمحور” استخراج گردید: ۱) ایمان به غیب، ۲) صبر و استقامت، ۳) توکل به تدبیر الهی، ۴) نگاه فرجامبینانه، ۵) فعالسازی ظرفیتهای فردی، ۶) پرهیز از یأس، و ۷) نقش قصهگویی در تقویت امید.
مدل مفهومی “تربیت امیدمحور قرآنی” که از این اصول استخراج شده، چارچوبی نظری و کاربردی برای پرورش امید در انسان معاصر ارائه میدهد و میتواند به توسعه نظریههای بومی تربیت اسلامی و طراحی برنامههای آموزشی و مشاورهای کمک کند.

This article aims to extract and explain the model of “hope-based education” from the Holy Surah Yusuf, as “the best of stories”. In today’s world, strengthening hope as a psychological and spiritual construct is of great importance. The story of Prophet Yusuf (AS) offers special capacities for cultivating this vital virtue.
This research, using the descriptive-analytical method and with the help of thematic interpretation, has analyzed the verses of Surah Yusuf and examined the valid interpretations. The results show that hope in this Surah is a dynamic and action-oriented virtue rooted in the monotheistic worldview. Six main themes of hope have been identified: hope in dreams, facing deceit, imprisonment and hardships, separation, divine mercy, and returning to the truth.
Based on these themes, seven key principles for “hope-based education” were extracted: 1) faith in the unseen, 2) patience and perseverance, 3) trust in divine providence, 4) an eschatological outlook, 5) activating individual capacities, 6) avoiding despair, and 7) the role of storytelling in strengthening hope. The conceptual model of “Quranic hope-based education” extracted from these principles provides a theoretical and practical framework for cultivating hope in contemporary humans and can help develop indigenous theories of Islamic education and design educational and counseling programs.
