Belief in monotheism, as the most central principle of Islam, plays a vital role in shaping individual and social behaviors and actions. As the main source of guidance, the Qur'an always emphasizes the necessity of adhering to monotheism and avoiding polytheism and teaches believers to manifest it in their individual actions and social interactions. This article has been compiled with the aim of directly identifying the factors and obstacles to the realization of monotheistic faith from the Holy Qur'an with the method of content analysis as well as their sociological analysis. The results of the present research show that the realization of monotheistic faith depends on the creation of some positive factors, such as the knowledge of divine verses, continuous efforts to recognize and explain the path of truth and acceptance of truth, and submission to the truth, on the one hand, and removing some obstacles, including disobedience to divine commands, neglecting Prayer and remembrance of God, and distortion of religious facts. In addition to individual effects, these obstacles have a negative impact on social dynamics and weaken social cohesion and increase mistrust among believers.
