Ambiguity, ambiguity and mystery are among the literary arrays that have a special place in the field of storytelling, therefore, their use in Surah Yusuf, which is a praised story, deserves to be investigated. This article, using a descriptive-analytical method, seeks to find the frequency and extent of using ambiguity, suspicion, and mystery in the content of Surah Yusuf; For this purpose, firstly, the definition and artistic value of each of these arrays was discussed by using literary and interpretative sources; Then, some obvious examples of the ambiguities, suspicions and mysteries of this sura were analyzed and these results were obtained: the ambiguities examined in the verses of this sura, which were caused by the multiplicity of semantic possibilities and the multiplicity of the referent of the pronoun, are such that they depend on each of these possibilities. Evidence can be found and all are admissible. The meaning of the word "Lord" in the three examined verses expresses two material and monotheistic views, and both meanings (God) and (Owner) can be taken into account at the same time. The mysteries of this chapter are caused by the inexcusable behavior of the characters in the story, as well as the silences and unspoken words of the text.
