[English]

Objective: The present study aims to extract an agency-oriented decision-making model for Religious Clients by conducting a comparative analysis of Quranic teachings, tradition (Hadith) layers, and modern psychological findings. The primary focus of this research is to mitigate the psychological pressures arising from deterrent (warning-based) narrations and to reclaim individual will within the light of the Quranic facilitative (Yusr) and management-oriented system.

Method: This research is descriptive-analytical, employing "Thematic Analysis" and a "Structuralist Thematic Interpretation" approach to examine the lexical system of Revelation and its alignment with psychological constructs.

Findings: An analysis of the Quranic "Muhkamat" (clear verses) reveals that Divine Revelation provides the necessary grounds for reclaiming human agency by prioritizing concepts such as ’Azm (formalization of will), La-Junah (absolution from blame), and Yughni-Allah (management of future anxiety). The findings indicate that, contrary to rigid perceptions, the Quranic paradigm prioritizes "human dignity" and the "negation of harm" (Nafy al-Dirar). Consequently, piety (Taqwa) is manifested not in the rigid preservation of a relationship at any cost, but in the ethical management of one's will through "graceful release" (Tasrih bi-Ihsan).

Conclusion: Based on the principle of "evaluating narrations against the Quran," deterrent warnings are applicable to impulsive or whim-based divorces and should not lead to "decisional paralysis" in genuine deadlocks. The model derived from this study demonstrates that by redefining "Quranic Facilitation" (Yusr), a balance can be established between revelatory teachings and mental health, guiding clients toward a responsible and problem-solving decision
