Abstract

Perseverance in the face of crises is a fundamental Quranic pillar for maintaining social cohesion and the survival of guidance systems. This research explores the managerial implications of the concept of "perseverance" through an interpretive and applied approach to develop an operational model for navigating crises in contemporary societies. The study specifically examines how Quranic perseverance is defined and which managerial layers facilitate the authoritative overcoming of critical situations.

Using a descriptive-analytical method and structural analysis of related verses, the findings reveal that the managerial implications of perseverance are structured across three key layers:

First, Cognitive Stability, which leverages monotheism to mitigate collective anxiety (fear and sadness) at both managerial and mass levels, thereby preventing psychological collapse. Second, Performance and Behavioral Management, which mandates strict adherence to strategic goals and the avoidance of emotional extremes during peak crisis periods to maintain operational order. Third, Spiritual Management*, which activates the tradition of divine victory to enhance resilience and provide the endogenous power necessary to overcome adverse circumstances with authority.

This integrated model demonstrates that Quranic perseverance is not a passive state but a dynamic combination of mental stability, behavioral discipline, and active trust. Together, these layers directly enhance societal resilience, transforming perseverance from a spiritual virtue into a strategic tool for crisis mastery.
