One of the existential dimensions of man is his talent. Therefore, in this research, we seek a thorough and accurate explanation of the concept of “talent” as one of the basic concepts of education. This explanation is based on the verses of the Holy Qur'an, the interpretation of al-Mizan, the interpretation of Sadra, and the reliance on the principles and fundamentals of transcendent wisdom, in particular the reality of existence, the quintessential movement and the doubt unity. The research method is conceptual analysis and qualitative content analysis. According to the findings of the study, human talents are not separate from one another and are not inherently distinct but they are in fact a gradual truth that with each emergence of this fact provides the ground for the emergence of some other and the field of the emergence of others disappears. Hence, talent is seen as a cause of growth in one sense and a caused of growth in another. Once every talent is inherent and the next it is acquired and imparted. Talents are given to human beings according to their needs and abilities, and in the end it is the perfection of good talents that is the perfection of human development. <em>نکته مهم و اساسی در مورد انسان و حرکتش در مسیر تربیت و رشد این است که آنچه در رابطه با او مدّنظر قرار می‌گیرد، باید با توجه به حقیقت وجودی و با لحاظ تمام ابعاد وجودی‌اش باشد تا مسیر صحیحی برای رسیدن به غایت حقیقی وی ترسیم گردد. یکی از ابعاد وجودی انسان استعداد اوست. از این رو در این تحقیق به دنبال تبیین کامل و دقیق از مفهوم «استعداد» به عنوان یکی از مفاهیم اساسی تعلیم و تربیت هستیم. این تبیین بر اساس آیات قرآن کریم، تفسیر المیزان، تفسیر صدرا و اتکا به مبانی و اصول حکمت متعالیه به ویژه اصالت وجود، حرکت جوهری و وحدت تشکیکی است. روش این پژوهش تحلیل مفهومی و تحلیل محتوای کیفی است.</em><br /> بنا بر یافته‌های پژوهش، استعدادهای آدمی اموری مجزا از یکدیگر نیستند و تفکیک ذاتی و ماهوی ندارند، بلکه آن‌ها در واقع یک حقیقت تدریجی هستند که با پیدایش هر مرتبه از این حقیقت، زمینه برای ظهور برخی مراتب دیگر فراهم می‌شود و زمینه ظهور برخی دیگر از میان می‌رود. به این ترتیب، استعداد از یک جهت علت رشد و از جهتی دیگر معلول رشد محسوب می‌گردد. یک مرتبه از هر استعداد، ذاتی و مراتب بعدی آن اکتسابی و افاضه‌ای است. استعدادها بنا بر نیاز و حال انسان‌ها به آن‌ها داده می‌شود و در نهایت کمال استعدادهای خیر است که کمال رشد انسان محسوب می‌گردد. https://qd.razavi.ac.ir/article_279_ae4e4f588f0cd2d77304218866eecd7b.pdf
