This word has been used in the linguistic structure of the Noble Quran in several senses, but scholars and translators has been considered only the first meaning of it in its analysis and the general translators of the Noble Quran have generally translated the term “perhaps” and “should” in general. We will attempt in this article to select the exact meaning of that word in each of the verses by determining the multiple meanings of “Lʿalla” according to the contextual meaning and criticism of the non-textual meaning. The result of this research is that “Lʿalla” has been used in the linguistic context of the Holy Quran in seven meanings: Verbal hope (Arabic: تَرَجِّی, wishing, hoping with, desire), positional hope, wishing (Arabic: تَمَنّی), reasoning (Arabic: تعلیل), questioning (Arabic: استفهام), maximum certainty and conjecture. Translators and Quranic scholars should not neglect these meanings when interpreting and interpreting the verses. واژۀ «لعلّ» که 129 در قرآن کریم به کار رفته است، در ساختار زبانی قرآن، گاه معنایی را افاده می‌کند که موهم معنا می‌گردد. این واژه در ساختار زبانی قرآن به چند معنا به کار رفته است؛ ولی در تحلیل آن توسط قرآن‌پژوهان و مترجمان، تنها معنای نخست آن مورد توجه قرار گرفته و عموم مترجمان قرآن در عموم موارد، این واژه را «شاید» و «باید» ترجمه نموده‌اند. در این مقاله تلاش خواهد شد تا با تعیین معانی متعدد «لعلّ» با توجه به معنای بافتی و نقد معنای غیربافتی، معنای دقیق آن واژه در هریک از آیات شریفه گزینش گردد. نتیجۀ این پژوهش آن خواهد بود که «لعلّ» در بافت زبانی قرآن کریم، به 7 معنا به کار رفته است که عبارت‌اند از: ترجّی تکلمی، ترجّی مقامی، تمنّی، تعلیل، استفهام، ظنّ و یقین. مترجمان و قرآن‌پژوهان در هنگام فهم و ترجمۀ آیات، نباید از این معانی غافل شوند. https://qd.razavi.ac.ir/article_1787_42fd7eec913d0548b54cecba06b1a1e6.pdf
